Our story
A community club, hosted by a 56-year-old neighbourhood school.
Crescent School · since 1969
Founded in 1969 on Mosque Road, Crescent High School has been part of the Basavanagudi community for over five and a half decades — long enough to know everyone's grandparents. The sports academy occupies the same grounds, opened evenings and early mornings to give the neighbourhood a place to play.

Basavanagudi was planned in 1898 by Dewan K. Seshadri Iyer as one of Bangalore's first model residential layouts. Home to the Bull Temple, DVG Road, Gandhi Bazaar, and Vidyarthi Bhavan — it's the kind of place where you still know the people on your street. Our courts are built for them.
A community club · not a chain
We're not a corporate gym or a franchised academy. There's no marketing budget, no membership pressure, no upsells. Just two badminton courts and two table-tennis tables, run on school grounds at neighbourhood rates — so families in Basavanagudi have somewhere close to come play.

Who can join the club?
Anyone in Basavanagudi or nearby. Just create a free account on the app and you can start booking. Membership is optional — only needed if you want a daily reserved slot (Tue–Sun).
Do I have to become a member?
No. Casual bookings work fine. But at these prices a membership pays off fast if you play even a few times a week — your court and time are reserved every operating day (Tue–Sun), instead of competing for an open slot.
What if I can't make my slot on some days?
Open your profile in the app and "Skip a day" on the dates you're away. The slot is released so casual players or other members can use it. Your daily slot stays yours on every other day.
Can I bring friends or other players?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Whole-court bookings include up to 4 players for badminton or 2 for table tennis (no extra charge). On single-spot bookings, other members can join your court for free; casual joiners pay the spot rate.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel anytime through the app. Reception confirms attendance at the slot — if someone repeatedly cancels late or no-shows, their booking ability gets paused for two weeks. No fees, no drama.
Where do I pay?
At reception, by cash or UPI. The app tracks who has paid for each booking so there’s no confusion at the door. We deliberately don’t do online payments — keeps things simple.
Is coaching available?
Not right now. We’re a community club, not a coaching academy. If there’s enough demand we may add introductory sessions later — but that’s a separate ask.
